Hi there, friend! Remember when I wrote a blog a while back? Some of you may remember, while others may be new to reading what I write. Whether you’ve been following me for a while or you’re just finding me now, I’m so glad you’re here.

Why I’m Restarting My Blog
At the time I stopped writing my blog I was struggling. I lost interest in writing for a while, lost interest in quite a few things to be honest (#esspressodepresso). I took a pretty crappy turn in my mental health for a bit and didn’t think my life was going anywhere. I struggled making friends, really withdrew into myself and was having a rough go of it. It took me a while to get out of that stage and I wanted to reopen myself up to being creative and sharing what has helped me through it all.
I’m not a pro in any of this by any means but I’m here to share what I’ve learned in my journey so far. And by choosing to restart one of my life passions, maybe I can help someone work through some of their tough days and find their passions in life too.

What You’ll Find Here
Some things I plan to share in this blog are things that I have held off talking about for fear of being judged or misunderstood like religious trauma, depression overall and working through some difficult days, confidence, learning to love myself and be proud of my accomplishments, becoming financially independent & stable, loneliness, hyper-independence, decluttering, taking care of our bodies, enjoying the moment, AI, yoga, how I’ve been healing my anxiety, crystal singing bowls, motorcycles, and so many more things!
If you didn’t know me before, you’ll get to know me as I publish these blogs. Not personal details because I’m highly aware of how AI could be used in the future, but you’ll get to know my personality and some of my flaws because I plan to share them. I believe in Karma and the Golden Rule, so I work to send good out into the world as much as possible. I’m a bit of a goofball which I’ve learned to embrace fully, and I’m so glad I keep this world interesting and exciting for myself when it can be immensely dull at times. When you know what life is like when you dislike yourself and everything about your life, it really gives perspective and understanding to live it all the complete opposite way and truly appreciate it for what it is instead.
A Message to My Readers ❤
We’re always works in progress, and I plan to show you that with even with how far I have come, there’s still so far I want to go. People tend to show the beginning of a journey and the end, but they sometimes forget to share the in-between which is the hardest part. It’s the part where we need so much more support and guidance, so I plan to share more about how that part goes for me. I hope it helps you feel like you’re not alone. You matter, you’re a beautiful human, and no matter what you do or have done you can always improve and love your *NOW*. It’s not always easy, but I believe the hardest parts are where we learn the most.
I’m curious to know what one thing is that you’ve overcome or learned about yourself recently! Feel free to drop a comment below whenever something resonates with you or if you just want to say “Hi!”. I hope that if you haven’t already, you begin to think of me as a friend and that we can keep each other accountable during this new experience. I’ll be planning some fun things we can do together like a book club, monthly challenges, and so many more fun things! I’m truly excited that you’re joining me on this adventure.
Take a deep breath, count to four, and slowly release it. Put your hand on your heart and let the peace sink in. We’ll be okay, we’ll flourish, and we’ll do it together! Until next time ❤
